For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Fresh Road include www.freshroad.com and Fresh Road Inc. The Fresh Road platform is an AI Workforce and Agent Automation platform. By using the Fresh Road application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

AI Agent & Communications Data
If you enable AI agent features (voice, chat, workflow integrations), we may process transcripts, logs, call metadata, and interaction data (“Communications Data”) to provide Services and enhance performance. Customers are responsible for obtaining all required notices and consents before providing such data to Fresh Road. Fresh Road may use Communications Data in aggregated and de-identified form to improve its AI models and Services.
Sensitive Personal Data
Fresh Road does not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data unless strictly necessary for the Services, expressly provided by you, and with your explicit consent where required.

We may collect data about how the Services are accessed and used, including:

- Device type, operating system, mobile identifiers.
